reseeding regularly?

is it beneficial to reseed at a regular basis? say once a month?

No. I2P 0.9.45 will contain some changes and fixes for better peer netDB fill-rate and will not loose peers as drastic asolder versions before. Reseed will fetch a netDB list from the reseed hosts database, which may contain better, alos worse entries for a local router. For sure it increase load on local router and makes it easier to detect (due to more requests to reseed hosts via clearnet). Due to the automatic cleanup of netDB using reseed on a schedules base will not help you, as long as you can keep a stable peers netDB (from 0.9.45 on in a better way).

What for? And how does your question make any sense considering how I2P router works? Answer those questions, preferably in detail before deciding to edit the wiki.
